On 12/09/23 My family and myself attended a wedding at this hotel and we ALL got food poisoning. The only thing we all ate that was the same was at this wedding. We all woke up tremendous stomach aches and diarrhea.

The restaurant at Hotel Bo has been a favorite of ours since our first visit to San Cristobal. In the past we were delighted by the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service. Sadly, our last dining experience at Hotel Bo was one of the worst we’ve had in some time, mostly due to the terrible service. My husband was served his main course and then it took another 30 minutes to receive mine. There were no apologies, and once the problem was obvious, the wait staff disappeared. It was bad.

There was loud banging all troughout our stay, the rooms are good but the ac was broken so it was relatively warm the service and restaurant are very good tho, its fairly priced and the wifi is acceptable, sadly you can only connect one device per person which is quite annoying if you have a laptop or ipad
